Just be careful to avoid farmed salmon like the plague.

I stay away from all avocado oil and 99% of olive oil since the industry got caught cutting with seed oils.

Saturated fats have greater net benefit than monounsaturated fats. Cream, butter, tallow, coconut oil.

Have you had castelvetrano olives before?
