There's this old Dimitry Martin sketch (he was a mid-tier comedian in the 2000s) where he satirizes Da Vinci trying crack the code of flight. He does all this in depth research and creates a prototype. The prototype ends up being a prosthetic beak. Because birds can fly. And birds have beaks. Obviously missing the point entirely of correlation vs causation.
