The Russians give no warnings, Ukrainins evacuate civillians. Hamas is deliberately telling them to stay so they can be meat shields and make for good PR.

russia looks like an angel compared to israel, just look at civilian deaths

Are you saying Russia doesn't bomb civilian centers? What's different is the civilians have been evacuated.
