In my life, I've realized that focus is key. Laser focus. Gohan walking towards Cell with the Father Son Kamehameha focus.

Nose bleed focus.

That shit helps. Don't give your energy to the enemy. Focus all, ALL, efforts on winning. For you and your family. Those before and those after.

Absolutely. And in a world that is purposely weaponizing any and every form of distraction, being able to keep focus on what is truly important (whatever that may be for each person) is in a sense a super power.
