Neither is really pro-war.
Trump is pro-war. He's trying to appease Russia for a short term political “win”, an action that will inevitably lead to an even bigger war later.
Appeasement does not work. Killing scumbags does.

Yeah it seemed to work super well in Iraq. 1Million people dead and a country that is worse off now than it was under Sadam
...and an Iraq that isn't a threat to anyone else. For the rest of the world that's a win.
I wouldn't be so quick to argue they were better off with Saddam either. He and his regime were monsters that much of the population hated.
