This sounds a bit spammy to me. It would be the ultimate hellthread for all of your followers, especially as your follower count grows. Every reply would be a notification for all. Hmm. This almost sounds like a new NIP would be needed for "mass mailing", where it's a type of event that users would not be able to reply or respond to. Maybe only Zap and React?
