Bitcoin community needs to start building out the legal infrastructure to fight all these cases that are going to come down after the government starts going after all these self custody wallets.

What are some first steps and suggestions to get that going?

Wonder how equity law may lend itself here. I've only scratched the surface and I feel its a worthy trail to follow.
