Local bee pollen if you can find it. Probably wonโt โsilver bulletโ your issue but it will help.
I still use Flonase when I need it but only when Iโm really miserable.

Yeah, this is the actual part of the local honey that is doing the antiallergen work, which is why finding unfiltered honey is important. And itโs far lower in carbs than honey.
