Someone here at Nostr has the same trouble as me? The last month I couldn’t upload videos at all. In the browser it works sometimes. The last few days I’ve been using Damus and it usually does the job.

I've given up on the idea, instead I upload to my own PeerTube instance and share that link. Not sure if Nostr can really handle video? At least not reliably.
You might be looking at media files with a size that's too high. Primal wants everyone to upgrade to premium. They're starting to throttle things I can do in the free version. Web is OK but still get an upload error the first time or two. I found embedded media works best (upload elsewhere and use the URL in the note).
