Is there a site where you can put a note ID in and see a list of all relays with that note? Bonus points if it lists all comments it finds from the grouping of relays to let you find responses you don't normally see.

Not sure if it's exactly what you're describing, but Nostr.band shows which relays a note is on.

Hmm I'm actually having better luck with finding comments on nostr.band than I am relays. If I use the drop down for relays nothing seems to happen for me.
