Oh I see, so she was calling for violence against innocent people. And the overt racism... That's not cool or based at all, even if the punishment is too harsh this discourse is not acceptable in a liberal/social democracy.
I agree. Still, a 500 GBP fine or so would do it. You can't send people to jail for misbehaving.
