Absolutely. It’s like how pub med has millions of “studies” that basically in aggregate come to every conclusion. 99.99% of them are fraudulent junk but the volume overwhelms most people. Most people don’t know how to read a study or interpret results.

They curate what is published at the top of lists / big publications but as a secondary defense they try to drown people with an unfathomable volume of information, 99.99% of it being useless trash. Dump trucks of noise forever and ever.
