Lol. Im close to doing a reinstall. To many old Packages floating about that I've lost track of. 😅 so i feel that.

I was about to do that, but then things started running well again. Is there an easy way to uninstall Umbrel?

Thats umbrel? If that's your base operating system, then probably not. Nuke and pave is your best bet.

No, I ran the Umbrel install shell script on Linux Mint

It might be a pain in the ass, but you could look at the scripts that it installs and then just manually uninstall them one by one.
