It up to the people who run that private relays which rules they want to apply to their relays.

And yes, I agree with you. At least nostr give us a choice. You can be anonymous, you can use it without pay, or you want pay some paid relays because you want clean notes on global tab or

avoid relays that are a little intense because you might be too sensitive? It's up to you.

That's what I meant about freedom of speech, we can choose every options we want. We need that freedom, we must have that freedom.

And nostr provide us that freedom. And in my opinion. I love that kind of freedom, it's not perfect. But it's good enough for me, for now.☺️
