My phone goes to grayscale mode at 3 AM every day now. Small life hack that’s easy to forget about but helps immensely to reduce screen time!

Want it to reset while I’m sleeping. I had it at 3:45 and today of course was one of the rare days I woke up before 4 😅

Don't forget the night mode or whatever that's called, where in the evening the screen goes into warm tones.

Personally, I put it as warm as possible. And then if I happen to open my blog, I wonder why the background is so pink. "Who did that?"

Night mode is great too. The gray scale thing is from a viral thread I saw on twitter… it really seems to make the phone less addictive and at the very least makes you think harder about what apps you are opening sense you don’t have the color aid to find them.
