twenty-one rules I like

1. Don’t trust, verify.

2. Not your keys, not your coins.

3. Study first, stack second (ignorance is expensive).

4. Self-custody is the default; third parties are the exception.

5. Secure your seed like your future depends on it (because it does).

6. Backups exist in at least two places; single points of failure are for fiat.

7. Test restores, don’t just “assume” backups work.

8. Keep it simple

9. If someone promises guaranteed returns, you’re the yield.

10. DCA, chill, and let time do the heavy lifting.

11. Fees are temporary; getting rekt is forever—choose wisely.

12. Privacy matters: don’t broadcast your stack, don’t mix identity with addresses.

13. If you can’t explain it to a pleb, you probably shouldn’t be using it.

14. Learn UTXOs and basic wallet hygiene (coin control beats panic).

15. Prefer open-source tools; closed-source “trust me bro” is a trap.

16. Run you own node - verify your own rules

17. Never trust a man with fancy chairs.

18. Ignore noise: price is temporary, fundamentals are permanent.

19. Bitcoin, not “crypto.” alternatives are distractions

20. Teach others, but don’t try to save people who don’t want to learn.

21. Be humble and stack sats.
