question for those that understand Nostr Protocol

Are relays only storing the latest Kind=3 events from any given pubkey?. I'm checking my kind=3 events since the beginning of the year in couple of relays and I only see 1 record as if my contact list and my relays list are only kept with the latest version and all other records deleted. just checking
