If I may share some learned wisdom: IT takes time to learn and heal, but don't try to shortcut it. Don't rush into any easy wins to numb the pain; instead, do you and focus on fixing your own shit before seeking out distractions to help you forget that you too have some flaws that need fixing.
Life is always waiting for a bad time to punch you in the gut, but we must remember, God does everything for a reason. I'm convinced we all feel like a piece of Swiss cheese after a few decades of life.
