Ehhhhhh. Red/black as equals goes better than red accent I think. Maybe I just haven’t seen enough.
You have a lot of other options too. Bright saturated colors are nice, like orange, green, pink, yellow. I've seen black and a dark purple or blue go really well too.
Recently was thinking of black/purple as I scrolled past something of that sort. The purple lighting was fun, but I wouldn’t buy the hue lights to do it & idc about diy on that front. I’ll explore that some more since nostr lol.
I’m exploring gold/green, don’t hate it.
Gold/green is a very Celtic/medieval vibe. I like it. Also reminds me of Lothlorien in LotR 👌
