Came out the other end feeling anxious, negative, & with low self-esteem

Compare & despair is very real. Everywhere I looked people had things you want

Be that fame, success, fitness…

But hang on a second… WHY am I even looking at these people? This isn’t why I even logged in

I’ve had a beautiful day with my family, in the sunshine, & was totally content
