It's my reaction because you're talking about the CIA here, the last thing that ever happens with the CIA is head rolling, more likely those responsible for the biggest fuck ups just get promoted.
You've got an unrestrained, out of control government agency that feels like it can do anything. What's your solution for changing this situation? Mass protest? Riots in the street? A new government agency that has oversight over everything the CIA do? I'd really like to hear what your solution is?
