ohh yea i dont think you can with Damus :( some long form apps lets you edit and delete though.

if you havent already be sure to check out the other apps in the ecosystem. there's a lot more than just microblogging. remember the same key you use to sign in to damus gets you into all the other ones. just messaged you a list of people to follow too.
