Youāre doing great work and Iām proud of you! I have a very unrefined pallet and used to be fine with cheap wine when I thought it just had cheaper grapes and less aging etc. Finding out there are fiat additives and Frankenstein foods in it with no requirement to list ingredients is just another eye opening layer of the onion.
