They're actually called "Yard Boss" it's a crane manufactured by National Crane. You might be able to look one up in the meantime I'm not sure I haven't tried.
Here's one I found online of the model I'm working on 
. This is the largest of the "Yard Boss" series, it goes from "GCD09" "GCD15" "GCD20". I do all the painting and decals on them.
Oh! I was thinking it was a stationary crane in someone's yard. I need more blue collar in my life so I don't look so dumb.
Oh haha no no, it is definitely mobile. The only stationary ones we do are the massive ones that get built up on sky scrapers and such. Hey, it's amazing how much there is to learn both in blue and white collar trades. I gained the fundamentals of what I use in industrial/auto paint by starting out as a drywaller/painter.
