I am publicly offering to buy the City of Baltimore for 0.1 Bitcoin. This is a standing offer, when you are ready to sell DM me.

Even my offer is declined today, it is only a matter of time folks. Baltimore will make a great citadel for the IceKing.

They used to have a cool Aquarium down on the water. Is it still there and part of the deal?

I will put Baltimore on the Bitcoin Standard. It will become America’s El Salvador. Freedom and Prosperity will become the new way of life.
