Does anybody know whether I need to verify myself separately on both PV and mobile?

I couldn't get it to verify on mobile, using Android. But laptop worked and held over to when I got on the next day.
I verified on mobile but it didn’t carry over to my laptop.
Wondering if maybe it takes some time.
Although, I may have messed things up when I tried to verify a second time from PC.
