I try to figure out how to run my node.

From umbrel on rpi4, to UmbrelOS on x86, to UmbrelOS in a vm on Proxmox, to Start9 in a vm on Proxmox, to minibolt in Proxmox container, to Umbrel in docker in Proxmox container

Geez, I feel like I never run it, just always setting up.

And all because I just want it to run. No tinkering. No fluff. Just set and run.

Any good experiences out there?

Just make a decision and live with it. Change it when u face problems.

But nevertheless you have a steep learing curve 👍🤗🤗

Umbrel on pi is shit. But why not on x86? What problems did you face?

I'm currently running start9 on an old Laptop with 16GB RAM. Works like a charm and has built-in battery backup 😉
