**Nostr is helping with Lightning adoption.** For example, NostrPlebs.com is a Lightning-only service. We only accept payment for services via the Lightning network. A couple dozen users had told me that they had never used the Lightning network before or had never felt compelled to use their own Lightning node until now.

Nostr clients are integrating Lightning via user profiles and invoice widgets. People see these things and want to participate and join the fun.

Some may believe it's silly to send random tips, create invoices, and to pay random invoices that come across your feed, but it's not. It's fun. It helps people that aren't familiar with Lighting participate and try Lighting in a fun, stress free, friendly manner.
