With the currently high overdose rates I'm wondering if we shouldn't be pushing the availability of vaping to these people.

Not a perfect solution. Just harm reduction. We make clean needles accessible. Why not something they can use as a substitute for heavy drug use.

Or maybe something like this stuff called kat. Not sure what it is. But apparently not particularly dangerous..😐
