It’s been over 12 hours since the mass shooting in #CrocusHall in Moscow with its 15M+ cameras, and police still has no idea who the terrorists are.
Video surveillance is far more effective for suppressing peaceful protests than for catching real criminals.
Surveillance is used to control the masses more than anything.
