Don't pay attention to people like that. They don't have a technical background and don't realize how much hard efforts go into app creation. I do troubleshooting for an app that is used by huge businesses, and even it has trouble. No app will ever be perfect. But I think you are doing a great job #[5] , just ignore them and be confident in your skills and knowledge.
