Don't get your hopes high. Wars won't stop for as long as we're gonna have concurent power centers driven by different interests, it's natural.
Side note, they already have the SCALP from UK but with the UK name Storm Shadow.

There's no planet B 🙂. What works is diplomacy, talks, negotiations. But sometimes it doesn't and then we have war. And when war doesn't work we have diplomacy, talks, negotiations 🤷🏻.
Before this war started in feb last year, there were negotiations, they were ended by RU invading because the negotiations didn't work for them. So... We're gonna have negotiations again when one of the two sides will be too weak to carry on fighting.
