Hi Dr. Morales, we had some issues the last couple of days but are working on fixes now. We've reversed that payment for you so you should have your sats back now.

You would have to claim the ecash and send that out as a lightning payment to the wallet of your choice
What I'd recommend is;
- take ecash and paste it into cashu.me (may have to add coinOS as a mint first)
- if showed its deposited, send those sats out to a LN wallet you select (wallet of satoshi, for example)
