Looks like both CalyxOS and /e/OS phones can be ordered from them direct. CalyxOS on a Google Pixel and /e/OS on a Google Pixel, Fairphone and others.

How does /e/OS install applications?

/e/OS is based on LineageOS and has App Lounge for installing applications sourced from Google Play, F-Driod and others. It also uses microG for Play Services compatibility.
