Was this a bad thing to say to a ‘friend’ who used me, and treated me less than for not attending university?

I explained to her my feelings weeks before and she apologized and promised to change, then a day later did the same things I told her made me uncomfortable. She’s mad at me for not wanting to meet up and talk in person, but I refuse to waste my time begging for kindness from a ‘friend’.
