Instead of hot dog stands or whatever other shitty street food is popular I would love to see a dude just cooking piles of bacon on a flat top.

I hit some stalls selling Wagyu when I was in Japan. Always amazing.
It used to be like that, bacon was always poor people food, garbage that you buy because you can't afford real meat.
Then that "le epic bacon" meme psyop was sponsored by the feedlots and they flooded everything with crap about how great bacon is.
Now it's 10 times the price.
Years ago at the show i could buy a box of bacon, for a similar price to a box of hot chips.
