That’s what I was thinking. But I’m not sure. A business has the right to refuse service in many cases… but also legal tender means take my money lol

If you're in the US, every person and business has the right to refuse cash payment, card payment, or any other payment. The USD being legal tender "only" means that all debts (including payments) must be denominated in USD, not that you must use coins or bills to represent that value.
