My 2 sats re: nostr:npub1lh273a4wpkup00stw8dzqjvvrqrfdrv2v3v4t8pynuezlfe5vjnsnaa9nk & nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze - as long as pools are transparent and specify their blocktemplate policy, miners can decide which pools to direct their hash power to. It’s not like every other pool uses the same policy.

Also 3 of the top 10 mining pools currently “exclude” txs by including lower fee txs either by out of band payment or charity. If anything, I wish every pool would show the blocktemplate. (Disclaimer: I am a very small miner, <100Th/s, with 1 S9 currently on nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze and rest elsewhere. I never mined on eligius (mostly p2pool back then) and probably disagree more often than agree with nostr:npub1lh273a4wpkup00stw8dzqjvvrqrfdrv2v3v4t8pynuezlfe5vjnsnaa9nk )
