Sounds like what Brave browser tried to do with a shitcoin. They were forced into kyc and their token also went to crap as to be expected.

I always wondered why they didn't just use lightning and SATs, too early I guess. The idea of paying people SATs to look at ads can be gamed. It would be hard to get the incentives right.
