Did you change your values, or were you lying about them this whole time?

There are still a few more people in my life who I know I will wind up having to have this conversation with. It just boggles my mind. How do self proclaimed “libertarians” and “anarchists” go from declaring “no rulers no masters!” to now declaring that women should submit to the rule of their man and praising the dominant tyrant?!?

And it’s clear, if that’s what someone supports, their values are too wildly out of alignment with my own for us to have a close connection, but I just really want to know…
