Would if a client has something like a “playlist” where I can group accounts I follow to create my own algo?

Let’s say Macro, Meme, Gardening and etc….

Simply tap my category I created to view that feed only.

The word you're looking for is Lists. NIP-51 is over a year old. Get your favorite client to support it.

I think it’s called “feeds” In their UI. Find it in the side drawer.

But that’s hashtags right? Which get spammed with nonsense
