I'm looking for existing benchmarks on nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc 's Crowd-wall idea.

👉 Creator sets a payment goal. Anyone can contribute and when the goal is reached the content is released freely.

Got a feeling this can and must have already been gamified in fun ways.

Not my original idea, but I think it's the only "right" way to do a paywall. #asknostr #SovEng

I still think doing #value4value right is superior for what it's worth, as it has unlimited upside. Twitch has the right idea and does it well.

💯 agreed.

Specifically looking into this for monetizing Augmented Reality actually (Yondar) where gamificatuon and unlocking things has a bit more going for it 😉.

Ive had fair success giving people choices =)

Would it also be possible for the original whale donors to get paid back a portion with future donations?

Thinking you have a project I want to see completed. I put up the initial payment to get it unlocked. Future donations replenish my coffers so I can continue unlocking value.
