Well yer day should be sunshine lol
I didn't touch the stuff till I was 25. Made it my personality while the kids were young. & now I have scales back to a single cup in the morning.
Whats your preferred warm beverage?
If I do have anything warm in the morning, I usually make myself a cup of chai or English black with a little dab of Local, honey 🍯
