Pretty sure this group of parents had a few teachers that they paid... My friend was one of the substitute and she was an Waldorf teacher so I imagine they had some similar structure and flow.

Two of the parents at the co-op are actually Waldorf teachers. It's interesting seeing the system in practice. I'm glad your friends' school is still doing well, btw. The co-op I've been looking at doesn't have a hundred students yet, just a few dozen. But, it has been growing. They probably are similar. I was just curious because I've never met parents who have unschooled their children, despite how interesting the concept sounds.
