There are periods where this happens to me. Start by drinking home made juices and add veggies (spinach, kale, etc) and mix them with a fruit you like. This will give you energy without the need to eat them.
Take walks, sun light and try to leave your phone, so you can focus and talk to yourself.
That’s what I do when I’m starting to feel/act like that.
