Drones bring about assymetric power. There are other examples of assymetric power as technology becomes cheap and accessible. Ironically, that is the excuse used by people like Peter Theil for why we need a totalitarian government and why decentralization is too dangerous. That is nonsense though because terrorism and the state are two sides of the same coin.

Basically the only solution is to have a healthy society that doesn't breed terrorism, and we get back to that with sound money that the state can't print.
