This might be an unpopular opinion - especially here on nostr

But I think that 95% of the word will never really understand bitcoin. And why it’s far superior to anything else we’ve ever known.

I don’t think they’ll need to know.

I also don’t think they will ever have a UTXO

I do however think they will:

- continue losing trust in the governments and banks

- have a lightning wallet built into whatever app they’re using

- use other cryptos like doge to tip, gamble, etc

- see their lives improve as we shift away from the fiat dollar standard

Regardless of what’s happening behind the scenes, most will never understand.

Similar to how we went off the gold standard and 99% of people were completely unaware of the impact at the time and today

I don’t think it matters.

It matters for those who want to have influence and wealth in the future.

But everyone who comes later in the game will have missed that opportunity.

In a hyper bitcoinized standard, digital security practices and open-source lessons could be much more important and common. Most people don't know about open-source, but once the youth gets educated about it, tides could turn a bit.
