Make sure to connect to relays so that people can see your stuff. an #introductions post can help get in first contact with people

you can find relays in your settings -> network tab.

the most common ones are

wss://relay.primal.net

wss://relay.damus.io

other good ones are

wss://relay.mostr.pub/

wss://relay.mostr.pub/

wss://nos.lol

basically, you can choose where your content gets sent to. So if you unplug from the damus relay and start posting, content will no longer show on the Damus app and so on.

Nostr is basically a classic server of the internet. Freedom of choice in how you interact and what you engage with. There are no algorithms here to sort out content, it’s self-sorting through genuine interaction

You can use your cashtag to set up your Lightning account in your profile so you can send and receive bitcoin too.
