This implies that I can respond in a note via a note response. Perhaps, my understanding of a note response is different from yours.

You then write. “OR. You can TYPE it out in your favorite font and do the same thing. No being lazy though, it must be an image of what you've typed. It cannot just be a text response to the contest note.”
