Think of it as a bucket filling up with water. Of ot starts to over flow take some water out into a other bucket. It's never wrong to take profits.

Make three separate portfolios. Long term(cold storage, savings), medium term (less risk), short term (degen mode, big risk with small amounts). Funnel the profits down the risk curve.

If your initial amount doubles, move it down the risk curve. Every time.
